YAY! I lost a little more weight already! I am under the 190 mark, just slightly, but under! Haven't seen that in a year or more, so even tho I am only .4 under, I am going in the right direction.
AND already did 25 minutes on the cross-country ski machine while my thin and fit sweetheart was out walking. This way I don't have to look all sweaty & out of shape in front of him.
It's only day 3 but I have so far, done everything I should...oh, wait, I did not exercise on day 1 but did all the foods correctly. I don't think I will ever exercise every single day, but will do my best to do 4 days per week.
And being I am unemployed right now, I really can't make the excuse that I can't fit it into my busy life.
Oddly, the thinnest and most fit I ever was, was at a point in my life when I was the busiest I have ever been! I was working 6 days a week, going to school 4 nights per week and weighed between 128-132. Of course I was 30 and not 48 & menopausal, but I was in better shape at 30 than I was at 10 or at 20! I must admit...I...was...hot! I looked about 24, I got a lot of attention from men. I actually had someone tell me they asked me out b/c of my body and great ass!
So, I know most women would have been insulted but I was thrilled! I am shaped like a pear-big butt, big thighs and before I gained weight I was quite flat chested. I always felt like if a guy was attracted to me it was my brains or my bubbly personality or my sarcastic quick wit and here was a guy who just thought I looked hot & sexy and he was a super fit weight lifter!
The really sad thing about my body at that point is how I saw it! I would wear bike shorts under regular shorts or short skirts to hide the flab. What flab?! When I look back at pictures of myself from that time, I realize I looked too thin. My face was very thin and my collar bones stuck way out. I had not yet come to grips with the fact that I am pear shaped and fat or thin, I will still be pear shaped.
I went back and forth thinking, I am hot & can get any guy I want to oh, no, my butt is huuuuge! I do realize now that if you are fit and have a nice big round butt, it is sexy as all get out! Thank you, JLo, not a big fan but I do appreciate what you have done for my butt & thank you Sir-Mix-A-Lot for that song!
Ideal Protein crunchy cereal for breakfast and will have one of their soups for lunch with a salad, a dinner of stir-fry chicken(in 2 tsp olive oil) with veggies and my Ideal Protein snack at 9 pm.
So far, I also tried their vanilla drink which was also good, altho I won't spend the money to buy the already mixed one again as I am quite capable of mixing water & the packet & shaking it in their blender! This stuff is not cheap and as I said I am unemployed, so counting those pennies.
