day 7...I made it thru a week!

Tomorrow is my first weigh in and I am really looking forward to it! I think I have lost right about 5 lbs which I think is a great 1st week loss! I also get to buy my new ideal protein foods and am hoping I can have a few more interesting things.
I'm happy with the crispy cereal in the mornings and prefer it over the fine herb omelet. The omelette's not bad but I like cereal. Before this diet, I ate either shredded wheat & bran or steel cut oats most mornings w/ berries, and once in awhile, I'd have a yogurt and fruit.
I definitely miss my regular breakfast but I can deal!
I totally enjoyed my cheat of 2 glasses of Cabernet last night and have a glass next to me right now but I haven't had any yet. Right now I am drinking the Ideal Protein Vanilla Drink which is yummy and tastes like dessert!
I will have the wine in a few minutes, tho, and it will be yummy, as well!
I guess I will find out how badly it messes up the diet. I am trying to good but I am not a saint!
Ok, tis 'pue is issing me off!!-that was supposed to say, "Ok this 'puter is pissing me off!" It was bad enough when it was just the space bar but now the keys are crapping out on me, too! This laptop is slightly over 1 year old and it sucks!

    It's great to think that anyone is reading my blog. I am so new to this! I will try to be interesting!
    It isn't a cheap diet, that's for sure, but if my 1st week was this good and they tell me it will get easier as time goes on, I think it's worth it. Good luck if you decide to go for it! Thanks again for reading!
