I'm going away with my friends.....OK, so I am showing my age with that 1970 Sandpiper's lyric but it just came to mind.
This is just a quick post but I was sorta excited when I weighed myself this morning because on my scale I have lost 16 pounds now!
I have passed the 190 pound mark...the 180 pound mark..now to get past the 170 mark! yay!
In like another pound or two I will weigh the same as my skinny-ass...I mean FIT fiance!

Way to go!!! I'm so proud of you for sticking it out. Your pics are great! It's so obvious that you've lost weight... your ankles look totally different. Keep up the good work!!!

It is hard at the beginning, that's for sure, but it does get easier.
I can't wait to see the nurse practitioner tomorrow w/ the fainting issue. I only fainted once but at least once a day I have thought I was going to again! That's why I have on the brace in the pic. I really hurt my wrist-I broke it a year ago and have nerve damage and fell on it when I fainted & also bruised the heck out my eye-socket. Scary stuff! I have to use the sea salt more, they say it helps w/ the dizziness.

I do try to use the sea salt on everything except breakfast. I also drink all of the water. I think it makes a difference. The only place I slight the diet is getting in all the veggies/salads. I try, but am not always 100%.
ReplyDeleteI think I don't always have all the water. I find the veggies and salads easy but it's hard to always eat the correct veggies-I can't seem to cook w/out using onions!
ReplyDeleteI think I will start measuring out the salt in the morning to be sure I am using enough. I do sprinkle it on lunch and dinner but am probably not using enough.
