I was down 2.2 on their scale which brings me to 23.6 in total. My body fat keeps going down, as well, which is great!
I am so happy I lost. I know it could have been more had I not cheated at that party with wine and a piece of bread and a little dessert.
I want to lose ten more before the wedding(20 really but that isn't possible without lopping off a limb!)but will have to talk to the seamstress about alterations. If I can lose 3 a week for the next 3 weeks, that's fine, if she can wait until the last week for the alterations!
American Idol is on and I can't believe the bottom 3 are Casey, Michael and Siobhan! If they send that hottie, Casey home, I won't want to watch anymore! And Siobhan can sing like crazy-what a voice! Why don't they send that dweeby little boy home dammit!?

About AI - no way is Casey anywhere! Hell my votes alone should have kept him close to the lead. Afterall, there could have been a couple hundred thousand votes between spots 2 and 3, but they'd never tell us that! He's so good. I like Mama Sox (crystal) as well! I have liked them both since the first time they open their mouths! I have said all along they are the final 2. I cannot say who will win, as sometimes (like last year with Kris Allen & Adam lambert, I loved them both, but I felt certain that Adam would win). I go for WI# 6 tomorrow. I hope I made my 22 lb goal! I leave for the 7 night cruise on Sunday. You behave!

Casey is adorable! He has a nice quiet way about him but star quality. I love long hair!Roy has long blond hair as well-I def. have a thing for that!
I felt the same last year-Adam was the winner in my mind. Kris was a sweetie and good but boring in comparison to Adam. Adam has done better in sales, as well.
I am at 24 lbs now and wanted to lose maybe 10 more before the wedding and when I went to see the seamstress she had done the dress already from only 1 fitting! She made it tight so I could lose a bit more but I think 10 might make it too big again. It looks great, tho!
I have a hard time not cheating-it feels like I can't leave the damn house! Parties and get togethers are horrible if you can't have anything!
I am a lazy dieter! I know I have to lose about 18 more to be where I want and I'll get there.

I checked my BMI today and it has gone from 30 down to 26! I am almost out of "overweight" status!
